To avoid waiting time, making an appointment in advance is recommended.
We also take Walk-ins or Emergency visits with additional charges.
Please call us to make an appointment. Our receptionist will be happy to help you

Most of our appointments are scheduled for 15-30 minutes. There are times when it may go a little longer depending on what your pet needs, but we try our hardest to get you and your pet in and out and happy within 30 minutes. For a recheck appointment, it will take around 15 minutes or less with a recheck charge. Acupuncture appointments vary depending on the pet’s condition. Please let us know if you have a tight schedule when you make an appointment.

Please bring any medical records you have or call the previous vet to send us at least a vaccine record to info.beverlypetclinic@gmail.com
Please bring a fresh stool sample for a wellness exam or illness exam. And also, it will be very helpful if you make a list of your concerns for your furry baby before your visit.

Beverly Pet Clinic is open to accept walk-in emergencies during normal business hours with an emergency charge. Make sure to call us before visiting to check our availability.

If your pet has an emergency after hours, please go to your nearest veterinary emergency facility.

Yes!  We honor all of the regular pet insurances as it’s basically a “you pay us and they pay you” scenario. In order to get reimbursement from the insurance company, you have to have an active pet insurance when you visit our clinic. Make sure that the coverage of service depends on what your pet insurance policy is and check with your insurance company for any questions regarding the coverage. We email the invoices to the client after every visit. Upon request, we email all the record to the client and also directly to insurance companies.

Our hospital does not offer any direct payment plans. However, we take Care Credit for your payment plan only if the transaction is over $250 within 6 months of payment period. It is a credit service that allows you a long-term interest relief. Our front staff will be happy to guide you through the application process. You can also apply online before the vet visit at www.carecredit.com
